Restaurants Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee restaurant brands, including cloud kitchens and dine-in concepts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations and be capable of leading teams, implementing operational systems, improving performance, and supporting business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant brands and locations.
* Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and performance systems.
* Lead and mentor restaurant managers and operational teams.
* Monitor KPIs, sales, food quality, customer satisfaction, labor, and cost control.
* Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with central departments, including kitchen, purchasing, HR, and marketing.
* Support new store openings, cloud kitchen operations, and business expansion.
* Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5–10 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
* Experience managing multiple restaurant branches or brands is essential.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with cloud kitchens is a strong advantage.
* Ability to build systems, manage teams, and scale operations.
* Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
