Description
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Khawas Al Holol Co. for Contracting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-off from mechanical drawings, reviewing BOQ and cost estimates, and coordinating with mechanical engineers and site teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing BOQ, cost estimates, and payment applications
- Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations and supporting commercial evaluation and procurement coordination
- Preparing variation orders and additional work claims
- Monitoring project quantities, material usage, and project cost
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical QS works. Strong skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off are essential, as well as good knowledge of mechanical works, including HVAC and plumbing systems.
