China Railway 18 Bureau

China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil & Architecture) to join our team for prestigious high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel projects.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.
At least 80% of total career experience must be in High-Rise Building projects.
Proven experience in 4 & 5-Star Hotel construction projects is mandatory.
Strong background in Civil & Architectural Quantity Surveying.
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Manage project budgets and monitor cost performance.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative analyses.
Measure work progress and prepare interim payment applications.
Assess and negotiate variation orders, claims, and change requests.
Verify subcontractor invoices and payment certificates.
Monitor material quantities and control project costs.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and construction contracts.
Excellent understanding of high-rise building construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
