Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Survey & Invoices Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in quantity surveying and civil engineering.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Prepare quantity take-offs
- Verify BOQ quantities
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Prepare subcontractor payment certificates
- Track executed quantities
- Prepare variation orders
- Monitor project costs
- Perform material reconciliation
- Coordinate with planning and finance teams
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, experience in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), and skills in quantity surveying, cost control, and BOQ analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is also required. Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects, particularly with government clients such as NHC, NWC, SEC, or Municipalities, is highly desirable.
