Experienced IT Help Desk Engineer with 2 years of experience providing technical support to end users and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and network connectivity issues
• Install and configure computers, applications, printers, and peripheral devices
• Create and manage user accounts and troubleshoot password/login issues
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and VLANs
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and perform network diagnostics
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to users
• Resolve IT incidents and maintain proper documentation
