Looking for MEP Supervisor/Storekeeper

We are looking for someone to run our MEP store and keep day-to-day maintenance on track at a facility. This person will manage spares, tools, and materials, while also guiding a team of technicians through their daily work. It is a hands-on role that suits someone organized who is comfortable moving between the store and the site.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, check, and record materials, spares, and tools coming into the store, and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries.
• Issue materials against work orders and keep accurate records of what goes out.
• Keep stock organized and labeled, run regular counts, and reorder before stock runs low.
• Assign daily tasks to the MEP technicians (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and follow up until work is completed.
• Carry out routine site checks, report faults or safety issues, and help close out maintenance jobs.
• Send short daily or weekly updates to the manager on work done and materials used.
Requirements
• Technical background (Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, or similar).
• 3 to 5 years in MEP or facility maintenance, including store/inventory work.
