Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or process plants.
Key skills and experience required include:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) for planning, scheduling, execution, and maintenance reporting
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment
- Ability to evaluate the condition and remaining service life of plant equipment through inspections and maintenance history
- Experience in developing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of root cause analysis, reliability engineering, and maintenance best practices, as well as experience in planning shutdowns and leading maintenance teams.
