We are seeking a skilled network professional in Riyadh to maintain and monitor our backhaul routers, Cisco SD-WAN Orchestrator/controllers, and edge routers. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine health checks, configuration audits, and firmware/software updates to ensure network stability and uptime. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine health checks and configuration audits
- Troubleshooting tunnel drops, routing issues, and controller connectivity failures
- Identifying and resolving root causes of network disruptions to minimize downtime and service impact
The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions, including vManage, vSmart, and vBond, as well as edge routers and VPN/tunnel connections. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex SD-WAN or routing incidents, and document recurring issues to maintain updated network topology and troubleshooting records.
