Looking for Logistics Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our commercial laundry operations team in Makkah. As a Logistics Manager, you will lead and manage all logistics and transportation operations, including planning and optimizing daily pickup and delivery schedules, supervising teams, and ensuring timely collection and delivery of hotel linen.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing logistics and transportation operations
- Supervising supervisors, drivers, and dispatch teams
- Coordinating with hotel clients to maintain excellent service
- Monitoring fleet performance and preparing logistics reports
- Improving operational efficiency and reducing transportation costs

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, hospitality, or commercial laundry operations. You should also have strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, be fluent in English and Arabic, and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
