Looking for Junior Accountant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an efficient and number-driven Junior Accountant to support our financial management team. In this role, you will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, maintain transaction data integrity, and play a vital role in monthly closing procedures. The ideal candidate has strong mathematical analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and basic familiarity with corporate finance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Process daily ledger entries to track overall business transactions.
•Manage accounts payable and verify supporting billing documentation.
•Update accounts receivable records and issue precise client invoices.
•Perform bank reconciliations to cross-check statements against ledgers.
•Assist senior accountants with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
•Organize financial records within the centralized cloud database.
•Review internal expenses, payroll summaries, and petty cash reports.
•Other task include apart from above responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications:

•Certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•0 to 2 years of corporate bookkeeping experience
•Basic proficiency in ERP systems or accounting software like Focus
•Intermediate Excel skills, specifically using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
•Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and general principles.
•High accuracy with data entry under tight team deadlines.
•English & Arabic proficiency is must
