Looking for Invoice & Billing Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Invoice and Billing Accounts Expert to join our team in Khobar. As an Invoice and Billing Accounts Expert, you will be responsible for preparing accurate monthly manpower invoices, verifying employee attendance and working hours, and calculating manpower charges according to agreed rates.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly invoices based on approved timesheets and Purchase Orders
- Maintaining accurate records in Microsoft Excel
- Developing and maintaining Excel templates and reports for billing and invoice tracking
- Reconciling invoices with timesheets and payment records
- Calculating VAT and ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations

To be successful in this role, you should have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong knowledge of manpower billing and timesheet management, and experience in PO tracking and customer billing. You should also have excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in manpower billing or accounts, are preferred.
