We are seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in the hotel industry and be currently based in Saudi Arabia. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will lead our housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across our hotel.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing and overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping team
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and compliance with operational procedures
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating housekeeping staff to maintain high performance
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. You will also need strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and quality control procedures, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
