Description
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our Equipment and Fleet Management department in Jubail. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, heavy equipment maintenance, or as a workshop supervisor. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is required.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair workflows
- Proficiency in reporting and using maintenance tracking systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with site teams
