Looking For Experienced Barista

Vantage Global is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you'll be the face of our café, crafting quality beverages and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Key responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, etc.) to standard recipes
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
Recommend menu items based on customer preferences
Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and seating area
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies (cups, milk, syrups, etc.)
Follow health, safety, and food handling standards
Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM

Desired skills box:
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
Familiarity with espresso machines and POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
Flexible with working hours/shifts
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
