📍 Location: Sudair Industrial City
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our Printing & Packaging Factory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
1–2 years of customer service or sales support experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and coordinate with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
* Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
