Looking for Crusher Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Crusher Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our crusher plant in Dammam, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost-effective production process while meeting the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing crusher plant operations, with a focus on achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, and minimizing equipment downtime.

Key responsibilities will include managing and supervising all crusher plant operations, coordinating with maintenance teams, monitoring plant performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, manage plant manpower and operational resources, and prepare operational reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in crusher plant operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Some key skills and experience include:
- Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, plant maintenance, and production planning
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in the aggregates, quarry, or construction materials industry is preferred
