🚧 We're Hiring: Civil QS (Tendering) 🚧

We are looking for an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor – Tendering to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs & contract documents
✅ Prepare quantity take-offs for civil works – Earthworks, Roads, Utilities, Concrete Structures, Buildings, Infrastructure, Airport & Railway works
✅ Analyze tender documents to identify technical & commercial risks
✅ Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs) & obtain supplier/subcontractor quotations
✅ Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis & pricing schedules
✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement & Planning teams during tender stage
✅ Prepare technical/commercial clarifications for clients
✅ Identify value engineering opportunities to strengthen bid competitiveness
✅ Prepare tender qualifications, exclusions, assumptions & commercial deviations
✅ Ensure full compliance with client specs & tender instructions
✅ Maintain rate databases—material, labour, equipment & subcontractor pricing
✅ Participate in post-tender negotiations & commercial discussions
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
🔹 Proven experience in tendering for civil & infrastructure projects
🔹 Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation & rate analysis
🔹 Excellent analytical & negotiation skills
