Hiring: Aluminium & Glass Machine Technician
We are looking for a highly experienced Aluminium & Glass Machine Technician with complete hands-on expertise in aluminium fabrication machines.
Required Experience
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication.
Must be able to independently operate, set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain the following machines:
Double Head Cutting Machine
EMMEGI CLASSIC E 5M (500 mm Saw Blade)
Copy Router
EMMEGI COPIA 310 Manual Single Head Copy Router
Corner Crimping Machine
ATLACOOP ITACA ATL.201.SP
Job Responsibilities
Operate all three machines with complete proficiency.
Read and understand fabrication drawings.
Perform accurate cutting, routing, and corner crimping.
Ensure high-quality production with minimum material wastage.
Carry out machine calibration and routine maintenance.
Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
Follow all workshop safety procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience operating the above-mentioned machine models.
Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, and curtain wall fabrication.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
Hardworking, responsible, and quality-focused.
Location: Saudi Arabia
