I am Rao Abdul Rehman, a NEBOSH IGC Certified HSE Engineer currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and actively seeking a suitable opportunity as an HSE Engineer / HSE Officer / Safety Engineer.
I have international HSE experience across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Pakistan, working on major industrial and construction projects, including a 950MW Power Plant Project and 50MW Wind Farm. My experience includes site safety management, risk assessments, hazard identification, inspections and audits, incident/near-miss investigations, toolbox talks, safety inductions, emergency preparedness, and HSE documentation.
🎓 Qualification: BSc Chemical Engineering
📜 Certification: NEBOSH IGC
📍 Current Location: Riyadh, KSA
🪪 Iqama: Transferable
