WE'RE HIRING - LOGISTICS SAFETY & HIRING OFFICER
Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Office Position)
Join VORTEX PRO INC., a growing logistics consulting company specializing in FMCSA Safety, Compliance, Risk Management, Claims, and Driver Operations for commercial trucking companies across the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
✓ Driver onboarding and qualification files (DQ Files) ✓ CDL & Medical Card verification
MVR, PSP & FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
Pre-employment drug testing coordination
Driver file maintenance and expiration tracking
Vehicle registrations, DOT Annual Inspections &
permits
✓ IFTA stickers and compliance documentation
FMCSA monitoring & DataQs
Accident investigations & post-accident testing
Claims coordination
Insurance renewals and quotes
MCS-150, UCR and regulatory filings
Daily communication with U.S.-based clients
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking safety/ compliance industry
✔ Excellent English (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work from the Belgrade office at least 80% of
the time
Compensation:Starting salary from $1,600/month for candidates with 1+ year of trucking safety experience.
Higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
