Cross-Selling & Account Growth: Partner with account management and operations teams to upsell additional logistics services (such as customs clearance, last-mile delivery, or value-added warehousing) to existing clients.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), pricing terms, and contract conditions with prospective clients while safeguarding company profitability.

New Revenue Generation: Total freight or contract value secured from new clients.
Pipeline Growth: Volume and quality of qualified leads generated monthly/quarterly.
Win/Loss Ratio: Percentage of submitted RFPs and pitches successfully converted into active accounts.
