Job Vacancy: Logistics Coordinator – Construction (Aramco / SEC Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Exact Technical Solutions Company.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience coordinating transportation, deliveries, materials, equipment, and vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of construction-site logistics and material movement.
• Good coordination skills with suppliers, drivers, subcontractors, and project/site teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of construction materials and equipment to project sites.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, site personnel, and subcontractors.
• Track vehicles, shipments, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logistics and delivery records.
• Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and site safety requirements.
