Kitchen Manager (KM) 🍽️
Are you a passionate kitchen leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and maintaining exceptional food quality?
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
✅ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
✅ Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
✅ Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance.
✅ Monitor inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies.
✅ Control food costs by reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.
✅ Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure timely food service.
✅ Maintain kitchen equipment and promote a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 7 years of experience in kitchen management or food & beverage operations.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related qualification is preferred. If you are ready to lead a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to operational excellence,
