Job Vacancy: Kebab Chef
Premium Sweets & Restaurants is looking for an experienced **Bengali Kebab Chef** to join our professional kitchen team.
# Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality grilled dishes, tikka, and different varieties of kebabs.
* Marinate meat, chicken, and fish using authentic spices and recipes.
* Operate charcoal grills, tandoors, skewers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
* Maintain consistent taste, portion size, presentation, and food quality.
* Monitor cooking temperature and ensure all food is properly prepared.
* Keep the grill station, utensils, and work area clean and organized.
* Follow restaurant food-safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
* Control ingredient usage and reduce food waste.
* Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
# Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Kebab or Grill Chef.
* Strong knowledge of grill, tikka, shish kebab, reshmi kebab, seekh kebab, boti kebab, and other Bengali-style kebab items.
* Ability to prepare traditional marinades, sauces, and spice mixtures.
* Experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen.
* Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
* Must be hardworking, responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Experienced candidates will be given preference.
