Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide vital support for daily accounting tasks, help maintain accurate financial records, and assist with the month-end closing process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Bookkeeping: Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure all invoices are recorded accurately.
-Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
-Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Data Entry: Maintain the general ledger and update financial databases.
-Compliance: Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to internal financial policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and being present in Madinah.
-Experience: 2 years of experience (internships count).
-Language: Being familiar with Arabic is a plus point.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, or SAP).
-Traits: High level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential data.
