Job Vacancy – Office Assistant (Keralite Only)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,250 – 2,500 per month

Requirements
Keralite candidates only
Age: Below 25 years
Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.)
Valid Saudi Driving License (must be able to drive a manual/gear vehicle)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willing to travel to worksites, banks, hospitals, and client locations as required
Job Responsibilities
Collect worksite data, including worker details, attendance, working hours, overtime, food allowance, and vehicle information.
Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry.
Enter and update data accurately in electronic systems.
Transfer information from paper records into computer systems using keyboards, data recorders, site cameras, and GPS tracking systems.
Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of company data.
Monitor site cameras and GPS tracking systems regularly.
Prepare daily site reports and submit them to site supervisors for review, correction, and acknowledgment.
Submit final approved daily site reports, signed by the Site In-Charge, to the Accounts Department for verification and payroll processing.
Communicate with site workers, supervisors, and team leaders regarding attendance, overtime, food allowance, and vehicle details.
Assist the Accounts Department with payroll-related data and support HR activities.
Report site complaints and emergencies to the concerned departments.
Coordinate with Site In-Charges, Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and the Production Team to ensure smooth operations.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Provide transportation for office staff according to scheduled timings.
Follow all traffic regulations, inspect the assigned vehicle before and after each trip, report any defects, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Visit banks, hospitals, client sites, and attend site surveys and meetings as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Department Head.
