A fast-growing healthcare organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department, oversee high-impact campaigns, and drive patient acquisition.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, metrics-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for managing a creative team, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and taking full ownership of project life cycles from concept to analysis.
Key Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience specifically within the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, pharma) or a fast-paced creative agency in Saudi Arabia.
• Location: Candidates currently based in Jeddah will be given first preference.
• Leadership: Proven track record of handling teams (designers, copywriters, digital specialists) and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Mindset: Heavily results-oriented with deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, consumer behavior, and compliance laws.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate growth and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team and coordinate external agency vendors.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for brand campaigns, digital marketing, B2B partnerships, and clinical service launches.
• Monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and marketing analytics to continuously optimize performance in a fast-evolving landscape.
