An experienced HR professional with 20+ years of experience across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and India is seeking a suitable HR opportunity in Saudi Arabia.
Experience:
- EPC & Mega Projects, Construction, MEP, Facility Management, Manufacturing, FMCG, Hospitality, Retail and Distribution.
- Previous Experience: Reputed EPC, including major projects such as Barwa Commercial Avenue and Al Waab City; HR operations supporting a workforce of 3,000+.
- Group HR Leadership: Managed HR operations for approximately 1,500 employees across six business units.
- Expertise: HR Strategy, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management and HR Operations.
- Saudi Exposure: KFUPM experience and knowledge of Saudi HR practices and labour regulations.
Master’s in HR Management Bachelor’s in Business Management Certified in C &B, AI and Tableau.
Currently in Saudi Arabia, available for immediate joining with a transferable Iqama.
