Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hydro Jetting Supervisor to oversees and manages high-pressure water jetting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in industrial or commercial services. They are responsible for supervising a team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage hydro jetting and water jetting operations on-site.
• Develop work plans and allocate resources to achieve project objectives within schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training for the hydro jetting team.
• Knowledge of high-pressure water jetting cleaning process and method for pipeline, drain,
sewer, and industrial cleaning.
• Overseeing the daily activities of hydro jetting crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely and
efficiently according to project requirements.
• Proven experience in operating and overseeing the use of high-pressure water jetting
equipment (typically 10,000-20,000 PSI).
• Ensuring proper functioning of hydro jetting equipment, performing routine checks,
maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle waste generated during
operations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operating hydro jetting equipment (preferred).
• Knowledge of high-pressure water jetting operations for Industrial Sector and Rigs.
• Ability to inspect, operate and maintain hydro jetting equipment safely.
• Familiarity with confined space entry and work-at-height procedures is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (such as high-pressure water jetting third party, confined space entry, or
HSE training) are an advantage.
