Job Vacancy – Precast Yard & Fencing Site Supervisor Saudi Arabia
Immediate Hiring
We are looking for an experienced Precast Yard & Fencing Site Supervisor who can effectively manage subcontractors and manpower and maximize daily production.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise daily precast production for fencing works.
* Manage production of precast fence posts and fence beams/panels.
* Push and coordinate subcontractors and manpower to achieve maximum daily production capacity in linear meters.
* Set and monitor daily production targets for each team.
* Monitor manpower productivity and properly allocate workers.
* Coordinate mould preparation, steel fixing, casting, curing, demoulding, storage, and dispatch.
* Ensure materials, moulds, equipment, and manpower are available to prevent production stoppages.
* Supervise fencing installation activities at site when required.
* Ensure quality complies with approved drawings and specifications.
* Prepare daily production reports covering planned vs. actual quantities, manpower, productivity, linear meters achieved, and reasons for any shortfall.
* Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager to achieve the project schedule and recovery targets.
Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience in precast yard and fencing works.
* Good experience with precast fence posts, beams/panels, reinforcement, concrete casting, and fencing installation.
* Strong ability to manage and control subcontractors and manpower.
* Must be production-oriented and target-driven.
* Able to maximize production without compromising quality or safety.
* Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
* Candidates without a valid driving license will not be considered.
* Ready for immediate joining is preferred.
