• Microsoft 365, Entra ID & Intune
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP & Network Troubleshooting
• IP Phones / VoIP – Grandstream configuration & troubleshooting
• SIP accounts, extensions, IP phone connectivity & registration issues
• CCTV Monitoring and configuration
• Switches and routers configuration
• Vlan, Trunking Inter Vlan Connectivity
• Printer installation and configuration
• Cat 6 Cable Testing and Connectivity
• Printers, User Accounts & End-User Support
• NTFS & Share Permissions
• IT Assets Management Using Snipe-IT(ITAM)
• Remote Support & Ticketing Systems (Jira/Zendesk)
