AIM Industrial Solutions is a Saudi registered company based in Al Jubail Industrial City, serving contractors, plant operators and industrial facilities across the Kingdom. We are a registered vendor with major operators and contractors in the Kingdom, and we are building our IT team in Jubail.
THE ROLE
A client facing technical role, working directly with our IT Division Head.
• Own every IT enquiry from first contact through to the proposal
• Answer and follow up every enquiry that comes in to us
• Build the relationship with client contacts we introduce you to, by phone and in person
• Attend client meetings and capture what the client actually needs
• Write those needs up as requirement documents, URS and SRS
• Help prepare proposals and responses to IT tenders and RFPs
• Keep AIM's own systems running, Microsoft 365, user accounts and access
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Degree or recognised certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 5 to 10 years in IT
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Confident using AI tools in daily work, for drafting, research and document preparation
• Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
WHAT WE OFFER
• SAR 7,000 to 8,000 per month, depending on experience
• Direct exposure to major industrial clients, working alongside the division head
• A permanent position in a growing company
