-Summary:
Saudi Top Plastic Factory is hiring an experienced Injection Molding Machine Operator / Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining injection molding machines. The candidate must be technically skilled, quality-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor injection molding machines as per SOPs.
* Adjust parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to ensure product quality.
* Perform mold changeovers, machine startups, and shutdowns.
* Conduct inspections and identify product defects or machine issues.
* Supervise material feeding and storage of raw/finished products.
* Maintain production records and ensure safety and cleanliness.
* Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on machines and molds.
* Lead assistants and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding operations.
* Experience with large-tonnage machines (e.g., 2800-ton) is preferred.
* Familiarity with Haitian machines is a plus.
* Strong technical and mechanical skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Preference will be given to applicants residing in Saudi Arabia
