Ice Cream & Pastry Chef Required – Jeddah

We are developing WUDD, a new juice, ice cream and French fries concept, and are looking for a creative chef in Jeddah to develop our signature desserts.

Our flagship concept is WUDD Pearl: vanilla and pistachio ice cream, date caramel and crispy kunafa, covered with a thin chocolate dome that customers crack open.

Required skills:

Ice cream, gelato or soft-serve preparation.

Chocolate tempering and making thin, moulded chocolate domes.

Preparing crispy kunafa, dessert sauces and toppings.


Attractive presentation with consistent taste and portion sizes.

Recipe costing, hygiene and efficient preparation for shop service.

Applicants should be able to develop a working sample, standardise the recipe and train shop staff to reproduce it.
