Key Skills & Expertise:
HVAC Systems: Packaged units, Chilled water systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs), Split & Ducted units, and VRF/VRV systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Preventive & Corrective maintenance, compressor overhauling, electrical control panel troubleshooting, and refrigerant leak detection/charging.
Electrical Controls: Star-Delta starters, DOL starters, VFDs, and control wiring.
Testing & Safety: Superheat/subcooling calculations, system flushing, pressure testing, and strict adherence to PTW (Permit to Work) safety protocols.
