Description
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair AHU, FCU, Package Units, Split ACs and ventilation systems
• Check compressors, motors, pumps, thermostats, controls and electrical components
• Perform refrigerant charging, pressure testing and leak detection
• Carry out filter, coil, belt, fan and motor maintenance
• Attend emergency breakdowns and service requests
• Maintain daily maintenance records and PPM checklists
• Follow project HSE procedures, work permits and safety requirements
• Coordinate with HVAC Supervisor and maintenance team to complete work on time
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Experience in commercial / industrial / facility maintenance projects preferred
• Technical diploma/certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
• Good practical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
• Good communication and teamwork skills
