HSE Officer – SEC Approved

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer – SEC Approved to join our project team in Zulfi.

Requirements:

✅ Valid SEC Approval as HSE/Safety Officer – Mandatory
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction/electrical projects
Experience in SEC projects is highly preferred
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent certification preferred
Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, toolbox talks, site inspections and safety documentation
Good communication skills in English
Transferable Iqama
Immediate availability is preferred
Willing to work in Zulfi

Main Duties:

Monitor and enforce HSE requirements at site
Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
Ensure compliance with SEC and project HSE requirements
Monitor PPE, PTW, risk assessments and safe working practices
Report unsafe conditions and follow up corrective actions
Maintain daily/weekly HSE records and reports
