We are looking for an experienced and qualified HSE Manager to lead and manage all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across our operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and international HSE standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia HSE regulations and applicable international standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action plans.
Monitor and improve overall safety performance and KPIs.
Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
Manage emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, workers, and clients regarding HSE matters.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for management.
Lead environmental protection and waste-management initiatives.
Stop unsafe work when necessary and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
Relevant HSE certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001/14001 are an advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, PTW, JSA/JHA, and emergency procedures.
Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabia HSE requirements is preferred.
Ability to lead an HSE team and work under pressure.
Preferred:
Saudi Aramco/NEOM/SEC or other major-project experience, where applicable.
