Description
We are a fast-growing consultancy supporting international companies in Saudi Arabia and are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our Riyadh team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, medical insurance, and offboarding.
- Manage Saudi HR government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, MHRSD and WPS.
- Process employment contracts, job title changes, sponsorship actions and Iqama renewals.
- Ensure HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law.
- Support client HR operations, including employee onboarding, contracts, payroll inputs, HR reports and compliance documentation.
- Maintain HR records, trackers and CRM requests.
- Coordinate with internal HR, Finance and Licensing teams.
Requirements:
- Saudi National
- Based in Riyadh and available for full-time, on-site work
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad and WPS
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
