Description
We are looking for a sharp, experienced HR supervising professional who can own the compliance and government relations function for a growing HVAC contracting company.
This is not a day-to-day HR execution role — it's a supervisory position where you will control, guide, and ensure full compliance across Saudi labour law, Nitaqat/Saudization, and government portals, while also bridging effectively with Saudi stakeholders and authorities.
Job Description:
1) Oversee and control all HR operations — policies, compliance, and workforce governance.
2) Manage all government portal activity: Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, Nitaqat, GOSI, and MOL
3) Drive and maintain Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance — including onboarding of Saudi nationals and objection handling
4) Interpret and apply Saudi Labour Law across all employment matters — contracts, terminations, EOSB, leave, and disputes
5) Liaise confidently with Saudi officials, government bodies, and Saudi national employees in Arabic
6) Handle employee disputes, disciplinary procedures, and labor court matters end-to-end
7) Report HR compliance status to senior management with clear recommendations
Candidates Preferred with:
1) Strong Arabic language proficiency — spoken and written (Must-have)
2) Demonstrated ability to work with and manage Saudi nationals effectively (Must-have)
3) Hands-on experience with all KSA government HR portals (Must-have)
4) Solid knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Nitaqat framework (Must-have)
4) Background in contracting, construction, or MEP sector (preferred)
5 Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
6) HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) (preferred)
7) Indian Nationality (preferred)
What we offer:
SAR 7,000 – 10,000/month (based on experience)
