We are Hiring! 🚀 Recruitment Officer (Logistics Sector)
Are you a proactive recruitment professional with a strong understanding of talent acquisition in logistics.
We are expanding our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and looking for a Recruitment Officer to drive our talent sourcing and hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for operational, administrative, and specialized logistics roles.
Implement high-volume sourcing strategies to meet dynamic manpower and operational demands.
Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates for future scaling.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align hiring goals with business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or Specialist, ideally within the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Operations sector.
Solid understanding of Saudi labor regulations, visa processes, and onboarding workflows.
Strong candidate sourcing skills across local job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama (preferred).
