Position: House Cook
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable House Cook to prepare daily meals for a private household. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of cuisines, maintain high standards of hygiene, and manage kitchen activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
Cook a variety of Arabic, Indian, Asian, and international dishes.
Plan menus according to household preferences and dietary requirements.
Purchase or coordinate the purchase of fresh groceries and kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Properly store food and monitor freshness and expiry dates.
Maintain appropriate food portions and minimize wastage.
Prepare meals according to specific dietary or nutritional requirements.
Maintain kitchen inventory and inform the household when supplies need replenishment.
Follow safe food-handling and cooking practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a House Cook / Private Chef / Family Cook.
Good knowledge of different cuisines and cooking methods.
Ability to prepare fresh, healthy, and hygienic meals.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Trustworthy, respectful, clean, and reliable.
Ability to work independently and manage household meal requirements.

Preferred:
Experience working for private families or VIP households in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
