HIRING – PROJECT / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – (JEDDAH, KSA)
A reputed construction company looking for an experienced and technically competent Project / Construction Manager to join the team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Preferred Candidates: Experienced professionals from India or Pakistan with relevant experience in the construction industry.
Key Requirement
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Project / Construction Management within the construction industry.
Candidates with experience working with leading and reputed construction companies will be preferred.
Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to review and understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOQ, project schedules and construction methodologies.
Capable of effectively managing and coordinating engineering, technical, site and project teams.
Experience in coordinating and liaising with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients and other project stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project planning, execution, progress monitoring, cost control, quality management and timely project completion.
Ability to identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Responsible for monitoring project progress against approved schedules, budgets and project objectives.
Must be capable of preparing and submitting timely project progress reports, management updates and other required reports.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
Knowledge of KSA construction practices, standards, HSE requirements and client procedures.
Candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC construction projects will be preferred.
