Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor & Purchasing Officer to work in a furniture factory in Riyadh. This is one position combining both production supervision and purchasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily factory production and manage carpenters, sofa makers, and painters.
* Assign daily tasks and follow up on production progress, quality, and completion.
* Ensure orders are completed according to the required specifications and deadlines.
* Identify and purchase production materials, including wood, foam, fabrics, accessories, paints, and other furniture materials.
* Search for suppliers, compare prices, negotiate, and place orders.
* Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain sufficient stock.
* Coordinate between production, warehouse, and suppliers to prevent production delays.
* Prepare brief reports on production, purchases, and inventory.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a furniture factory is required.
* Experience supervising production teams and managing workers.
* Experience in purchasing and dealing with suppliers.
* Good Arabic communication skills are required.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
