Male Nurse – Remote Area Clinic (RACS 2025)
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Transfer Type: Local Transfer Preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and experienced Male Nurses to join our Remote Area Clinic team supporting industrial and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide emergency medical response, urgent care, patient assessment, stabilization, and safe patient transport in accordance with JHAH Remote Area Clinic Standards (RACS 2025) and Saudi healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency and urgent medical care at remote industrial and construction sites.
Perform rapid patient assessment, triage, stabilization, and continuous monitoring.
Respond to medical emergencies, workplace injuries, and trauma incidents.
Assist with ambulance operations and patient transfer to designated hospitals when required.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the approved scope of practice.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
Conduct routine health assessments, physical examinations, and health education.
Maintain emergency equipment, medications, and medical supplies in operational readiness.
Comply with infection prevention and control standards.
Participate in emergency drills, disaster response activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, ambulance teams, and telemedicine/C3 support when applicable.
Ensure compliance with MOH, SCFHS, company policies, and JHAH RACS requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid SCFHS Registration and Professional Classification.
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory).
PHTLS or ITLS certification (preferred).
Valid Saudi nursing license.
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room (ER), ICU, EMS, Industrial Clinic, or Remote Area Clinic experience.
Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial or remote healthcare settings.
Knowledge of occupational health and emergency response.
Ability to work independently in remote environments.
Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies.
