ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
• The candidate should have a three-year Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Must be knowledgeable in the maintenance of switchgear, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), diesel generators, and distribution panels.
• Must be familiar with the use of electrical testing equipment and standard electrical safety procedures.
Building Painter
• Proficient in various paint application methods, including spray, brush, and roller.
• The Painter is responsible for protecting and maintaining the facility's assets by applying high-performance coating systems. This role includes the thorough preparation of surfaces and the application of epoxy coatings for heavy-duty protection, as well as oil-based (alkyd) paints for aesthetic and general-purpose finishes on a variety of industrial surfaces.
ELECTRICIAN- LOW VOLTAGE
• Minimum qualification: High School Certificate with a relevant certificate, diploma, or equivalent professional qualification. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) maintenance, renovation, and the Facilities Management (FM) industry. Middle East experience is preferred.
• Must possess Scaffolding and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certifications.
• Experience with Access Control Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, and Telecommunication Networks is required.
• Must be willing to work 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Preferred age: 25–40 years.
• Must have a good command of the English language.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and troubleshoot or rectify issues according to the drawings provided by the client.
