🚨 URGENT HIRING — HEAVY VEHICLE TRANSPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR 🚨
📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
💰 Salary: SAR 4,000/month
🚛 VEHICLE EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have experience supervising heavy transport vehicles, including:
• Flatbed Trucks
• Lowbed Trucks
• Curtain-Side / Curtainsider Trucks
• Dyna / Dyna Trucks
• Lorries
• Other heavy commercial transport vehicles
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and manage daily heavy-vehicle transport operations.
• Coordinate and assign heavy vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements.
• Plan and monitor daily trips, routes, and vehicle movements.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely completion of assigned trips.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure vehicles are operational and properly maintained.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and follow up on repair requirements.
• Handle breakdowns, delays, and other operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain trip sheets, vehicle records, and daily operational reports.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and trip-related expenses.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding transportation requirements.
• Manage vehicle loading/unloading coordination and ensure safe transportation of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and Saudi transportation regulations.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Lead and support drivers and the transport team to achieve operational targets.
📋 JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Saudi Iqama — Mandatory
• Valid Saudi Driving License — Mandatory
• Arabic Language — Mandatory 🇸🇦
• Must be able to speak and understand Arabic effectively.
• Previous experience in heavy transport operations / fleet management / supervision is required.
• Strong knowledge of Flatbed, Lowbed, Curtain-Side, Dyna, and Lorry operations.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional.
• Immediate joining preferred.
