π¨ URGENT HIRING β HEAVY VEHICLE TRANSPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR π¨
π Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
π° Salary: SAR 4,000/month
π VEHICLE EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have experience supervising heavy transport vehicles, including:
β’ Flatbed Trucks
β’ Lowbed Trucks
β’ Curtain-Side / Curtainsider Trucks
β’ Dyna / Dyna Trucks
β’ Lorries
β’ Other heavy commercial transport vehicles
π§ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Supervise and manage daily heavy-vehicle transport operations.
β’ Coordinate and assign heavy vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements.
β’ Plan and monitor daily trips, routes, and vehicle movements.
β’ Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely completion of assigned trips.
β’ Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline.
β’ Ensure vehicles are operational and properly maintained.
β’ Coordinate vehicle maintenance and follow up on repair requirements.
β’ Handle breakdowns, delays, and other operational issues efficiently.
β’ Maintain trip sheets, vehicle records, and daily operational reports.
β’ Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and trip-related expenses.
β’ Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding transportation requirements.
β’ Manage vehicle loading/unloading coordination and ensure safe transportation of cargo.
β’ Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and Saudi transportation regulations.
β’ Prepare regular operational reports for management.
β’ Lead and support drivers and the transport team to achieve operational targets.
π JOB REQUIREMENTS
β’ Valid Saudi Iqama β Mandatory
β’ Valid Saudi Driving License β Mandatory
β’ Arabic Language β Mandatory πΈπ¦
β’ Must be able to speak and understand Arabic effectively.
β’ Previous experience in heavy transport operations / fleet management / supervision is required.
β’ Strong knowledge of Flatbed, Lowbed, Curtain-Side, Dyna, and Lorry operations.
β’ Good communication and team-management skills.
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Responsible, punctual, and professional.
β’ Immediate joining preferred.
β οΈ IMPORTANT β ARABIC & HEAVY VEHICLE EXPERIENCE ARE MANDATORY
