🔹 HEAD OF OPERATIONS
📍 Work Location: Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas – Upstream Manufacturing & Remanufacturing
📌 Role Type: Operations Leadership

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Lead complete plant operations covering production, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, procurement, stores and supply chain
✅ Lead greenfield plant setup, commissioning and operational ramp-up
✅ Manage CNC machining, welding/fabrication, assembly and remanufacturing operations
✅ Drive production planning, productivity, OEE and cost control
✅ Lead maintenance, reliability and asset utilisation
✅ Manage procurement, supplier development, logistics and inventory
✅ Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and operational excellence
✅ Build and lead a high-performing operations organisation
✅ Support API, ISO, HSE and customer audit readiness
✅ Develop Saudi talent in alignment with localization and IKTVA objectives
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related discipline
✅ Master’s Degree preferred
✅ 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
✅ Mandatory experience in API-certified manufacturing environments
✅ Strong Oil & Gas upstream manufacturing or remanufacturing experience preferred
✅ Experience managing large CNC machining operations
✅ Experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, repair or remanufacturing
✅ Proven greenfield plant setup or major capacity expansion experience
✅ Experience leading teams of 100+ employees
✅ Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, procurement and supply chain
✅ Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and Kaizen
✅ GCC / Saudi manufacturing experience is an added advantage
