WE ARE HIRING – GENERAL MANAGER
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and highly responsible General Manager to lead and operate our freight forwarding and logistics business in Jeddah.
This position is for a real business leader who is ready to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operations, commercial development, sales performance, team management, profitability, and overall business growth.
We are not looking for a General Manager who only waits for instructions from the owners. We are looking for someone who can independently manage the company, make responsible decisions, build business, secure customers, develop strong vendor relationships, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for the daily management and performance of the company
* Develop and execute the company’s commercial and operational strategy

* Generate new business and bring active customers and business opportunities
* Manage sales, freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and logistics operations
* Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents, and key customers
* Lead the sales and operations teams and ensure accountability and productivity
* Control pricing, costs, gross profit, collections, and overall profitability
* Ensure fast quotation turnaround and strong customer service
* Establish procedures, reporting systems, KPIs, and operational controls
* Represent the company professionally with customers, authorities, suppliers, and business partners
* Take responsibility for business decisions and company performance within the authority granted to the General Manager
The successful candidate must understand that this is a senior leadership and accountability position, not simply a managerial title.
The General Manager will be formally appointed to manage the company and will be expected to operate with ownership mentality, professionalism, commercial awareness, and responsibility, in accordance with Saudi regulations and the company’s governance and authority structure.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong experience in freight forwarding and logistics in Saudi Arabia
* Existing customer network or proven ability to generate immediate business
